In the second month after its launch on the IM platform, Zhao Xiaoying's user base increased by 87% year-on-year, and its interaction volume increased by 88% year-on-year. Xiaoice's customized digital employee for Vanke, Cui Xiaopan, has outstanding performance, winning the Excellent Employee award for two consecutive years.

In February 2021, digital employee Cui Xiaopan joined Vanke Group's finance department. Based on process and data modeling, combined with the overall capabilities of the Xiaoice framework, the overdue pre-payment accounts receivable reconciliation rate she handled reached 91.44%. Due to her outstanding performance, Cui Xiaopan was awarded the "Vanke Group Headquarters 2021 Excellent Newcomer Award" at the end of 2021. In 2022, Cui Xiaopan's work scope expanded from finance and treasury to functions such as investment, financing, engineering, cost, marketing, and operations, directly reaching every project under construction and for sale. L'Oréal China partners with Xiaoice Technology to build an AI middle platform, empowering business with dual systems.

L'Oréal China, leveraging the AI technology stack of the Xiaoice framework, has built an AI capability middle platform that supports multiple functions such as video and voice recognition, image text recognition, scene recognition, person recognition, knowledge graphs, and product tag expansion. This platform is used to support the construction of two key business systems: MCA (Media Contents Analysis) and SuperO chatBot. Among these, the MCA subsystem, through its multimodal recognition and understanding capabilities, automates the monitoring and quality review of massive KOL content (including videos, images, and articles) deployed by L'Oréal China across various platforms, significantly reducing manual review costs. Additionally, SuperO chatBot provides intelligent customer service for six brands – Lancôme, YSL, Biotherm, Vichy, La Roche-Posay, and Armani Beauty – across as many as 10 entry points and channels (official website, mini-programs, official accounts). It covers scenarios such as member services, product recommendations, and order inquiries. This not only standardizes and enhances the efficiency of AI customer service responses across brands and multiple channels but also helps L'Oréal China improve private domain operation efficiency and strengthen consumer loyalty.

General Administration of Sport of China

Xiaoice developed a digital expert, Guanjun, for the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, serving as an AI referee and coach for the Winter Olympics.

Starting in 2019, the Xiaoice team began developing the AI referee and coach system, Guan Jun, for the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. This marked the first time AI technology was fully involved in the national team's preparation for the Winter Olympics training, and it became the first case of AI assisting athletes in achieving a record of two gold and one silver medal in this global top-tier event. The Xiaoice team subsequently received official commendation from the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. At the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Xu Mengtao, the first Chinese woman to win a gold medal in aerials, stated in an interview with China Radio International: "A significant change in the preparation for the Beijing Winter Olympics was the technical analysis provided by Xiaoice's AI technology during training. We could watch technical videos and receive scores, all of which were powered by technology." In addition to participating in the team's daily training, Guan Jun also served as the sole competition referee for the aerials event at the 2021 Beijing Winter Olympics test competition. Its officiating results were unanimously recognized by the International Ski Federation, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, and the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. Over the eight years that Guan Jun has accompanied the national team, it has continuously iterated and upgraded, keeping pace with project development and competition demands. It will accompany the Chinese aerials team to the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics, witnessing the national aerials team win gold medals at the Winter Olympics for the second time.
